The University of Liberia has confirmed to LIA President O’Connor its commitment to offer a 5-year Professional Degree Bachelor of Architecture Program, effective UL Academic Calendar Year 2020-2021. The Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) Degree Program shall be implemented as a Department of Architecture Program for the College of Science and Technology. Classes shall be held at the UL Fendall Campus.The Architecture Department shall be headed by an Interim Chair. Faculty for the Architecture Department shall include Members of the Liberian Institute of Architects (LIA) in both administration and academic positions. The Program shall be delivered to meet the unique needs and challenges for the practice of Architecture in Liberia.
